The Soldiers Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) movement was initiated in 2010 by Pastor Zachary Carey of True Vine Ministries. His impassioned call for action came as a direct result of the murders two  True Vine members, one of whom who was gunned down in front of Allen Temple Baptist Church. Pastor Carey believes that the violence that is destroying our communities will not stop as long as the majority of the community remains silent. He calls for everyone to stand up to violence and say something to our neighbors, our family and to government officials.
